I have been into different industries. I have worked with an audit team of our university when I was still in college as a form of my on-the-job training. I finished college with a degree on Bachelor of Science major in Accountancy. Later after that, I worked with an international bank as part of their back-office. I dealt with dividends and reconciliations of errors which made me more comfortable with Microsoft applications. Mid-2013, I tried to be in a business process outsourcing company, which is VXI Global Solutions. I was part of the technical support and customer service of their flagship account, AT&T Uverse. This is where I spent a long time working. I feel really good and relieved to be able to make customers from United States very satisfied with their experience when they get to talk to me. This experience taught me to take ownership of every case/call and make the customers happy. This is what convinced me to try a different world out there. I am very much willing to learn and I am easy to train. I can multitask and follow specific instructions. I have been in this industry for more than a year now.
