I've been employed in a call center industry for a total of 3 years in my entir employment until today. I've been dealing clients in different countries (UK, Australia and US). I was a customer service representative in Telco account and was moved to a retention department wherein we are helping the company to retain their customers. I was also assigned in a credit and collection department where we are doing outbound calls for payment reminders and payments.
