-even though that I am a nursing graduate batch of 2011, I can assure you that I am knowledgeable in Microsoft office.
because during school days we always use the internet and Microsoft office particularly the Microsoft Word and the Power point, and we are required to speak and write everything in English when we re dong our Case Studies and even during class discussions.
And I am also flexible in handling different characteristics of an individual wherein I am sure that this particular skill is needed in handling clients especially during phone calls because I believe that there are some clients who are on a mood swings and candid enough to voice out their anger, which needed more understanding and relaxing interaction.
