Profile Description

Being in the BPO industry for roughly 7 years made me fully equipped in different tasks assigned to me. Aside from the said reason, one of my main strength I could say is my willingness to learn which drives me to work harder in every job given.
I worked as Customer Service Representative for six months, eventually promoted as Technical Support Representative Level 2. I've had handled different escalated calls from different types of customers that taught me to become more independent and at the same time, still consulting my managers if a certain situation needs an approval from the upper management.
My recent job was a Marketing Manager for a dental company wherein like any other beginners, I also started as a Dental Representative. Being highly motivated, I was promoted as a Supervisor after three months and applied for a higher position when I got regularized. My main duties on my last job was handling agents and the value of teamwork
is one of my strength I could say why I was able to get the post as a Marketing Manager.
I am applying right now in Odesk as an Email Support Specialist hoping that I could impart my strengths;at the same time, to learn more in a new "work set-up" which is an online job at home.
