Profile Description

I work
as a document analyst for the past 6 years. We process property reports such as mortgage and foreclosure documents. The client provided us the parcel no., owners name or the property address and we would search the said property from the year the owner acquired the property, open mortgages and judgments and taxes. After pulling all the necessary documents, we will key the necessary information into the clients system.
Currently, I am one of the auditor. We audited the completed files of the vendors of our client. We checked if the the documents they provided are correct, if they didn't missed any deeds, open mortgages or judgments, if the tax is current and if they didn't missed any delinquent taxes of the previous years and make sure that they search for the correct property address. We also have our calls with the client wherein we discussed the contested errors of the vendors and came up with the correct instructions. We passed the list of errors to our client that they will forward to the designated vendors wherein they can contest or accept the error.
