My previous job demands leadership. I was the head nurse of a dialysis unit in one of the known center in our city. Weekly I do reporting and assessment and evaluation of employees performance, outcome of the treatment and set and maintain standards in order to provide quality treatment to dialysis patients. I do coordination with the Nutritionist-Dietician and Nephrologists to review patients well being. I know basic excel, MS word, power point presentation. My reason for resigning from my previous job is in order for me to provide quality time to my 2 adorable daughter. I have no experience yet in online job but given the chance I believe I can learn as quickly as others can.
