Profile Description

I've been working as a Customer Support Executive from a GDS company for almost 9 years. I take calls from all our Travel Agents or Subscribers all over Mindanao concerning on our system. I help them how to work on their flight bookings using our system, from how to price and issue domestic flights to international flights. Customer Service is really my passion. I'm happy every time I end-up a call with a happy and contented customer or travel agent for that matter. Most of the time, my number is really a hotline to call for agents especially during peak hours catching up their promos, so in order for them to reach me out even if I'm on the line, I extended my personal yahoo messenger id to communicate with me even for their urgent concerns so I can call them back for assistance. With this kind of working attitude, I believe I can really be an asset to any company who hires me. I'm used to working on my own, and catching my own target quota for the day. When it comes to English communications, I also believe that I can fit to any challenges since I was able to undergo few months training from a call center which
added my knowledge on how to handle calls.
