I first joined Sitel as a csr/tsr almost 7yrs ago with a financial and technical account then joined NCO as a tsr then Sutherland as a loan consultant for a financial account specialized mortgage banking woth Chase then after 2yrs I joined JP Morgan Chase in the fort as a loan quality analyst for mortgage banking for 2yrs. got some personal difficulties i resigned and after 2mos i joined OPB global in the fort as a tsr/backoffice admin and some sort of
event coordinator. after 5mos the compny closed so i joined Telus but then after 3mos got sick and my parents just asked me to resigned to have some rest. and now im unemployed. with amost 7yrs o experienced with a wide background and knowledge about customer service, backoffice. tech support, and for being a quality analyst i believe that i can handle whatever job that might be coming. i am a very responsible & flexible person.
