Profile Description

Being in the field of marketing, as well as handling the recruitment and hiring of various companies, having a long list or write-up isn't the ideal way to get attention from employers. But it would be difficult to explain my capabilities without sharing briefly these experiences.
I have an all around skill-set capable of different working needs and would like to give a brief detailed profile of my experience that could give employers a better understanding of my capability and potential as an employee.
Due to my numerous work experience, I will try to keep this as short as possible.

1) 2008 - 2011 (Speaker Confidence and Marketing Training Seminar)
I used to be involved with the sales and training of a seminar called "Personal Awareness and Leadership" (PALS).
This was a 3-day seminar, held monthly, providing training services on improving the marketing skills on individuals, team building and outlook towards work and life.
My job aside from being a trainer/speaker was also sales generation with an individual quota of PhP200,000 (4,000 USD) /monthly.

2) 2009 - 2014
(Manufacturing Production Management)
I am a working-shareholder of an over 20yr gift-and-souvenir manufacturing company (Cebu Flamingo Inc. / Ecolinea Export Inc.).
The company develops and manufactures various souvenir designs for different countries, usually based on their country's tourist attractions.
I handle the production, Human Resource, finance distribution, and customer relations. This business requires myself to travel to numerous countries joining trade fairs at certain dates of the year.
The company employs an estimated 150 regular employee population, 100 probationary employee population, and works with an estimated 800 "skill-workers" who are "cottage industry-based".

3) 2010 - 2014 (Field and Telemarketing Marketing for Multiple Companies)
I used to work part-time with field sales, tele-and-online marketing for various companies, usually being network-marketing companies such as:
-Unlimited Network of Opportunities (Food Supplement Products)
-Infinite Victory and Prosperity (Food Supplement Products)
-Unified Products and Services (Remittance, Mobile & Gaming Load, Web-based Products)
-Online Directories
This required me to sell distributor packages whose price ranged from P4,000 to P21,000 (100 USD to 500 USD), these packages come with a distributor membership. The members recruited under my network are trained and assisted by myself and micromanaged by my team-leaders.
To-date, my fastest estimated package distribution under my team is 7,000 packages in a span of 7 to 8 months.

4) 2012 - 2014 (Marketing and Management of Security Personnel)
I am an investor and part-time industrial partner of a 20yr Security company (Pyramid Security Agency).
We offer local security services such as security guards for commercial, residential and personal purposes, CCTV, roving vehicles, and alarm hardware.
I develop leads and referrals contributing to sales mostly for security personnel to different commercial establishments.
My personal sale contribution is 40 security personnel, out of the current 200+ security personnel.

5) 2012 - January 2014 (Online Gaming Management and Marketing)
I was hired as a free-lance with a base-pay and percentage of total monthly sales to study and develop lead generation for possible players of an online game (MMORPG) called "Mu Philippines".
I was in-charge, developed, and introduced the following:

6) 2012 - 2014
I own and manage personal SMEs namely two Internet Cafes (Today's Internet), one small commercial building with 11 rental spaces, and small convenience store.
