Hi, I am Jamie and I am currently working as a Workforce (Real time Analyst) for more than 5 years now. I worked as a Technical support agent for a year and Customer service agent for a year and a half for US based clients. Below are the main roles for the positions I had.
Technical/Customer service agent role:
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Real time Analyst role:
- Manages daily / intraday staffing levels according to business needs
- Assists in managing intraday processes in support of operations to achieve business objectives to meet the target grade of service while maximizing efficiency and productivity
- Prepare VTO / OT guidance and real time performance trending to ensure that financial capability and business target are maximized
- Run real time reports helpful in managing intraday service metrics
- Analysis of historical, real time and projected performance for internal and external stakeholders
General skills:
- Knowledgeable in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Data Analysis
- Time management
- Team player
- Experience using injixo, CMS
