Profile Description

I previously worked as a secretary and an assistant to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of a local publishing company; thus, I did a lot of data entry work like encoding memorandums and minutes of the meetings handwritten by the EVP, entering data on excel files as instructed by the EVP, and making simple power point presentations. As an assistant, I did administrative works such as checking and printing emails received by the EVP everyday, keeping track of the EVP's files and documents, and doing other tasks that may be assigned to me. One of these other tasks assigned to me was to be a voice talent. I did a few voice-over projects for the company's video product presentation and video advertisement. I was also tasked to be one of the voice talents in one audio book the company released. I also did some proofreading, since I was working in a publishing company.
I also did one online job which is a data entry project -- creating outlook email accounts of students and registering them in the online school portal. It was a great experience because it was my first online job.
I am knowledgeable in Microsoft word, excel, and power point. I am knowledgeable in the internet like creating email accounts in gmail and yahoo, and searching on google, bing, or yahoo. I am familiar with facebook and wordpress.
