I started as a customer service representative last October 2006 which lasted for 2 years until I was transferred to our sales department. As a sales agent, I started to work as a loyalty or winback agent calling former customers to sign back to our TV service. In a few more years, I also handled Inbound sales calls. Taking customers calls who wants to get new service from our company. With that experience, I also took hard core selling over the phone to customers who have never heard of our services. These background helped me to take the next big step as a team leader developing newly acquired agents for the company. Since I have been consistently part of the top agent, I was hand picked and made my easily to the next position. I have also received numerous award as the Top Coach handling the Top Team for the sales chat service after I have handled a Sales Warming team for 4 month.
