Profile Description

I have been working for 18 years now, mostly customer service and sales in the BPO industry. Most of my skills are being a seasoned BPO expert for sales and customer service.
I currently work as a Business Development Manager or a Lead Generation Expert at FacilityBot for 6 months now as a freelancer. Luckily, I've been offered a better position to fill in the full time lead generation researcher. I have been on top of my game and have always been one of the best performers of the team when it comes to meeting targets and achieving solid numbers.
I have had a solid sales background for a good 7 and a half  years, 7 years in customer service, 2 and a half years with Leadership roles, and other part-time jobs. I also was the sole Marketing and Retention Analyst for a marketing campaign in one of the biggest BPOs in the Philippines. Part of my working experience is in B2B Business Development, lead generation and prospect management. I do have a proven ability to maintain a high level of productivity. I am proficient in written and verbal communication. Furthermore, I do have good leadership skills and am a team player. I have been a Consistent Top Performer and a well-trained real time voice captioner.
I also worked for American Airlines during my last work on site and received 3 various awards- Top 2 Performer, Elite Tea ---------- mber, and Perfect Attendance Warrior.
I also worked as a Sales Quality Control Analyst in one of the leading e-commerce companies in Canada. Furthermore, I also worked as a part-timer for a transcription account in the US as a Quality Analyst. Professionally, productivity and being a great tea ---------- mber are my strengths. Lastly, I am enthusiastic when it comes to learning new things as I grow in the company.
