Currently working as a Human Resource Manager. My previous work experience was a Recruitment Specialist/Head in a recruitment company in which I act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all recruitment related matters. I am also responsible from end to end of recruitment process, screening potential candidates for CSR, TSR, IT, Multilingual & Managerial/Support Position, interview job candidate, scheduled qualified candidates for endorsements to clients, help in coordinating, designing and publishing the advertisements/marketing promotions in all effective sourcing media.
In terms of Marketing, Social Media Management and Sales, I do have my own store that I manage 24/7. Fulfilling all duties and responsibilities needed as an owner. I handle our social media creation, website (I worked on our own website) plus sales and marketing.
I am also a freelance Sales & Marketing Manager and representative of a Korean Skin Care Brand in the Philippines.
