Profile Description

This Customer Care Supervisor position leads a team of Service Center Specialists to ensure performance and service standards are met and/or exceeded. Performance and service standards include call center productivity metrics and overall scorecard goals. Supervises all activities associated with the Call Center which provides specific client services to our clients.
Coaches team members for success in obtaining performance and behavioral expectations daily. Also provides functional guidance, support and assistance to Service Center Specialists. Develops and implements process and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Monitors team member’s individual performance including attendance, productivity, call handling, and quality assurance daily. Handles escalated call center issues as needed. Assists in planning and implementing goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
