Being a mother of 1, I have always wanted to work from home and have the flexibility of time without having to think of the pressure that a typical workplace can bring.
I can say that my over 4 years of experience in a BPO setting has taught me a lot and I wish to share it here online.
I am experienced with different HR functions from recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, employee relations and record keeping. But my expertise would have to be with recruitment as this has been my major function in all 3 BPOs that I have worked with. The first one was into technical representatives where I had to focus on hiring people with technical bacakground. The second company that I was with was more of outbound than inbound. I had to hire people who were into sales. It was also with this company that I was able to hire not only agents but as well as the support team team from rank and file up to the managerial level. Lastly, the last BPO that I worked with was more of a specialized BPO. We had to hire agents who had specific licenses and who had specific number of years of experience.
