Profile Description

I been working for more than 2 years as an Executive Assistant in Quest Philippines one of the recruitment firm in the Philippines which is the only specialized recruitment consultancy firm in the country focusing in the areas of finance, operations, IT and HR. The search capability of the office extends over markets across all regions. Unlike many generalist recruitment firms in the Philippines that claim to be expert in all functions, we believe that by dedicating all our resources to specific market segments and working on being the best in those areas gives us a huge competitive advantage. I directly report to the Managing Director which job includes securing all his schedule all the time, making calls to his meetings, doing all his travel bookings, assisting him with his project in Cebu which we are recruiting people for RPO's. I also act as an admin in our office, such as planning all our activities including vacation travels, handling the the attendance of everybody, making calls of all our company service providers. Im good in microsoft word and excel.
