With regards to my English skills, I can do editing or write an article for you. Currently, I manage a parish publication, write a regular article there which for me supports my skills in English.
Being a programmer, I prefer doing VB6 as this is my specialty in High School and College. I got an award when I graduated in HS for being the most proficient in VB programming and Microcontrollers and got a high grade in programming in College.
I also do tarp and other photoshop layouts for you.
