I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher. I am a Business Development Manager in a Real Estate Company. My primary role is to research profitable houses and recommend it to the investor. I also compute for the CMA of each property that is suitable for investment. I post current active listings of apartment in New York. I upload pictures of apartment, the details of the apartment and activate it. I handle telephone calls in which, I call up sub-contractors for the house remodeling. I am also proficient in emails since I am making transactions to the sub-contractors through email most of the time. I have experience in organizing and planning events and travels.
