Profile Description

I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and I am easily and extremely productive in a high volume, high stress, environment. I am very proficient in the use of the computer and in any Microsoft program and is highly productive in the use of Office 2003 and 2007 Professional. I am also Self starter with a can do attitude in addition to having a wide vocabulary. I am very much willing to learn.
My Working experience includes being a Team Manager for 3 years in a BPO industry catering to customer support needs and was later promoted to Operations Manager for 1 year in the same company catering to Technical Support needs. Lastly, I am team player and with a unique leadership and hands on style
