Profile Description

I am a highly motivated IT with a Bachelor of Science and Information Technology degree with a 6 years experience in Global I.T. Service Desk. In my current position as Assistant Vice President in Technology Department in iQor, one of the biggest BPO company in the Philippines—both in terms of aggregate revenue and the scope of portfolio, I am responsible for the:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically
- Create and Modify end users LAN profile on the Active Directory 2003
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Research questions using available information resources and advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard help desk procedures, log all help desk interactions using Qdesk System
- Redirect problems to appropriate IT resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- QA - Monitor tickets incidents of Agents and senior agents.
- Create or make new process that could improve the Service Desk performance and customer service
- Create new technical documentation that could help the team on resolving new technical issues.
- Interviewing applicants and provide training materials that could help them on training.
- Trains new hire international or locally
Also, I have worked as IT Desktop support and CAD operator in Department of Environment and National Resources, Philippines government responsible for National Resources. I believe I have excellent technical and supervisory knowledge and also good at meeting deadlines that will prove beneficial for the organization
