Profile Description

I have been in food service since 1999, having worked both locally and abroad.
I have wore many hats in the industry such as, chef, restaurant owner, caterer, events specialist, kitchen designer and most recently i am into teaching.
I conduct culinary and hospitality courses as a part time faculty in a University near my place.
I got into teaching and
mystery shopping because of my passion to better the industry one student and one establishment at a time.
I may be a jack of all trades, as one can assume, however what is common in everything i do is connectedness and nowadays what better way than to be connected but via the internet.
The internet makes the world small yet big, information is seconds away from a click.
I am my own
product and i utilize social media to market myself, hence i am connected all of my waking hours.
I find
that being online makes me efficient and therefore productive at the end of the day.
