Profile Description

Before listing down all the skills that I have got. Let me first share with you my character since it is the foundation of every skill. When we talk about skills, we talk about ability and just like riding a bicycle skills can be learned and acquired. Allow me to use an analogy to describe who I am. I am Superman. I am ten times stronger than any other men because I am determined and driven. What I want I get. I am able to achieve my goals because I apply SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Bound) in each goal. Giving up is not in my DNA. I am faster than a speeding bullet because I am versatile. I can easily adapt to change like a chameleon. I am optimistic. I may make mistakes but I always make sure to rise up, learn from them and move on. I do not focus on the things that I can not do and change for they are facts of life. I focus on the things that I can do and change. I can fly because I believe in myself. I may not have everything but I am certain that I have something.
Below are the key skills that I have got.
Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) - Honed everyday through my profession as a talent development and management practitioner.
Computer Literate - Proficient and understands computer programs such as Excel and Microsoft Office, internet navigation, social media, and email systems.
Critical Thinker - able to think critically, analyse situations and data from multiple viewpoints and research matters to define key issues.
Leadership Skills - able to lead, motivate and stimulate others to achieve goals, have confidence in themselves and inspire change. Well equipped and experienced as this is my forte. I train and develop future leaders.
Flexible - able to easily adapt and cope up to change. ( This was explained on the paragraph above)
Excellent Interpersonal Skills - able to work with anyone. Acquired the skill through business partnering. I was an employee of the month twice because I valued the people I was working with.
