Profile Description

I have worked in the Call Center industry for roughly three years in 2 different companies. I had the experience of dealing with customers having issues on their billing statements as well as connection problems for cable, television and internet and could definitely resolve their concerns.
In the second company that I have worked with, I have dealt with fraud concerns of the buyers and sellers in an auction web. Though there were some issues that was hard to resolve due to certain reasons, but i had made the customers understand to at least lessen their worries on their issues.
But since I have finished a Bachelor's degree in Communication, I would like to experience working in my chosen field. I am currently employed as a journalist and would like to have more experience in other jobs wherein I could use my skills that I have learned in writing as well as editing.
Aside from the skills mentioned above, I also have the knowledge on the basic Microsoft office software.
