I've been working in the BPO industry for several years already, I've been a Customer Service Representative, Chat Support Executive, and Tier 2 Technical Support Representative with Transition to Sales. I'm pretty much aware of the do's and don'ts when it come to handling customers or clients, I am trained/skilled in handling different types of persons, I do have some experience in using MS excel, Outlook, and Creating Power Point Presentations. I've been planning in working at home for several months already and I finally decided to not make it just as a part time job but to have a full time work at home job. I am a Hardworking Employee, I tend to finish tasks before the said deadline and I am skilled when it comes to Time Management.
