Profile Description
I have worked as a supervisor in one of the call centers here in the Philippines and my
position entails taking escalated calls from the regular agents who are having a hard time understanding the callers requests. I have acquired good listening skills, and fast typing skills. As you would see in my resume I have been doing Directory Inquiries for Both UK and US account for the past six years, and I have familiarized myself to most of the common listings. In addition, being in the management position requires administrative works in which I have acquired good command with Microsoft excel.
