Profile Description

I have been an executive virtual assistant for 6 years both with direct and indirect clients. I have been doing various admin tasks, such as venue search for conferences, organizing Microsoft office 365 contact, email management, calendar management, voicemails, creating invites, and proofreading documents. I also am part of accounts receivable/property management team, wherein I generate invoices, certificates and other legal documents, process finance and violation charges and credit requests, set up payment plans, assigned invoices and more.

I am also handling marketing and appointment setup for REAL ESTATE leasing properties in the US for 5 years and a month and also attend to general residents' concerns. In addition, I also have 5 years of experience with the Recruitment department while I was a Marketing Associate at the same time with the same company, as part of their Skill Enhancement Program. I have handled applicant interviews, NHO process (New hire Onboarding), conducted employee assessments, and document organizing. And other years of my work experience would include customer service support and ESL teaching.

And if there are other new tasks that I am yet to encounter, I am confident that I can still do it as I love to learn new things, it actually challenges me to do better and more, I am also very keen on details and quick to adapt to changes. I always make sure that whatever tasks I'm assigned, I give my best, so my client would have lesser concerns to attend to. Plus I am a goal-oriented person, a team player and most importantly I work with integrity, which is one very important characteristic of an employee working remotely.
