I was appointed as an Office Staff on my first job experience.

After several months my task was elevated to make job/purchase orders, and process billing and collection documents.

In planning and development stage, I was task to formulate budget for the whole production which includes costing of rentals of technical equipment's, talent fees of hosts/talents, production staff and crew compensation, administrative expense, allotment of contingency budget for unpredicted expense and make recommendations on how to raise fund for the said production budget.
As soon as the budget was approved, I was the one appointed to secure the necessary rights and permit for the project, then select production team and crew, negotiates of pay and conditions of employment, ensuring compliance of practice, sourcing of equipment and suppliers of materials.
During production process, I monitor and supervise the development of the whole project and implementing financial monitoring system. I then ensure that implementation of office production daily activities and task was properly delegated to production staff in-charge and people must work together on their responsibilities. Likewise, I also deal with any personnel problems or issues that may arise in the production, and ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
On post-production stage, I must ensure that the whole project was finished on time without any hindrances that may cause problem in the future. I make sure that all final invoices for services provided are received, checked and passed for payment, overseeing that locations are signed off in accordance with agreements, and that all rental agreements are terminated, and equipment returned on time.
My previous jobs really taught me a lot.
