As a regional sales manager I am responsible for the success and failure of the entire operations in Central Visayas. I make the Marketing plan for our monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual operations. I am in-charge of distributing important information to my district managers like competitor's performance ,new brands in the market and upcoming events. I monitor our sales per area and our competitors as well . I send out performance and sales drives to different areas of operations to increase the output of our representatives and elevate their motivation. I conduct monthly regular meetings.
