I worked at The Cancer Institute Foundation for 2 years where I cultivate my skills in administration and time management. Most of the time, I organized files and wrote events and monthly report using MS Office. I also assist in organizing Single Visit Approach training for rural health workers.
While I was working with my previous employer, I
learned to speak with different kind of people and honed my
written English skills. I also learned to organize my time and prioritize what to work on first.
Right now, I'm working at Convergys Philippines as a Customer Service Representative. I am handling calls from the customer of a satellite television provider in United States of America. I was able to test my patience, and skills with communicating in English while working with them.
