Profile Description

I worked for Concentrix (www.concentrix.com) for 2 years as an agent and then got hired as Technical Trainer thereafter. I have stayed in the same company for 3 years until I had to undergo chemotherapy last March 7, 2014. I have not gotten any word yet as to my employment status so I am looking for a job whilst I am undergoing the treatment for my Malignant Lymphoma. I provide training services for our would be call center agents. Most of our trainings are about networking devices. We also look into the performance opportunities of incumbent agents to address them and provide improvent. While most of the time we use existing training modules for new hire training, we also create new training modules, process flows and discuss them with clients to ensure compliance to client requisites. Communicating with Data Analytics Team, Quality Assurance and Main Operations team is also a priority to ensure that we deliver client needs the way the company expects it to delivered.I know how to (Not pro level though) photoshop, video edit, audio edit. On my spare time I play with game consoles and read about the recent updates in technology (TVs, Laptops, Cellphones, Software, Games, etc...)
