I write/design new business processes in collaboration with other departments and challenge/edit existing business processes to provide a more efficient, effective and seamless customer service. I have written business processes, process guidelines, operations manual, process maps using Visio, policy documents and internal advisories intended to aid our customer solutions officers to perform their tasks efficiently. Being a part of the largest telecommunications company here in the Philippines helped me hone my skills and equip me with the knowledge needed to succeed.
