I graduated from Brokenshire College with BSN degree. I took and passed licensure exam in nursing. I’m not considering myself as overqualified or not qualified in this position. I don't think there is any harm to the organization or to my colleagues as extra knowledge can be utilized somewhere at some point of time. You should hire me, because I will be able to perform each task with my most of ability, and I always keep one thing in my mind is I want to be perfect with my work under any circumstances, and I will learn new things with my creative view with in short period and I will be the part of the organization development.MY KEY STRENGHT is that I’m a good follower, following rules strictly willing to learn and the sky is the limit. I do believe that employees are the asset of the company because company growth depends on the employees hardworking, smartness and dedication.
