• Lead a team for supporting customer Guardian related issues ensuring that issues are addressed and resolved for the target issues closure rate, web performance monitoring, system’s XML registrations processing and in >> Ensure that the Calls Closure Rate target for 24hrs and 7days are met

>> This involves troubleshooting, problem analysis and providing solutions to hardware, software, installation, configuration, integration and application inquires.
• Point of escalation for issues which are cannot be resolved by Tech Support Engineers
• Successfully works to reduce product problem resolution time and initiates and supports efforts to develop training and troubleshooting resources (e.g. procedures, diagnostics, and documentation).
>> Create document procedures regarding Call/Issue Resolution and Escalation process
• Communicates & coordinates with LBP/FSO, Technology, Marketing and Manufacturing to resolve customer product problems at a local and global level, correct product issues, and gives input on product direction.
• Maintains ownership of all customer problems receives and provides timely updates and sets the escalation priority.
• Collaborate with the Software developers, Test team and IT in correcting product issues and new product release deployment
• Involves in the Red-Zone and Post production testing during product production rollouts
• Report product discrepancies/bugs found in the defect tracking system SoFront and Team Foundation Server
• Perform laboratory activities in reproducing customer product issues and troubleshooting
• Monitor the progress of each call by developing metrics for measurement to ensure that all applications are customers issues are attended, provided solutions and met the target closure rate
• Conduct product overview and features training and troubleshooting skills to Technical Support Engineers
