Profile Description
As an HR and Admin personnel, I oversee the whole HR and Admin Department. I handle all HR facets (Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Employee Relation, CompBen, Timekeeping, Payroll, Movements, Planning and Training). Including Administrations (Purchasing and Office Management). I implement and Monitor policies and procedures and guidelines for both HR and Admin.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Sta. Mesa Manila. I have attended variety of trainings, seminars and workshops that enhanced my knowledge and helped me develop confidence, self-discipline, good work habit and flexibility in regards with interaction with people.
