I've been wit my current employer for three years and three months handling outbound calls for credit cards with front-end accounts, meaning 0-31 days past due, for Manila collections. Even I'm a collector, I still managed to apply
some customer service skills needed to my job like showing empathy to my clients whose experiencing financial difficulty, listening to them if they have concerns about their disputes or fees, open to ideas if cardholders wants a restructuring program and showing them respect even they owe the bank they are still our clients. I'm also familiar with Microsoft Excel, I may say I'm a beginner though. I normally used Excel in my job but with the basics only however I'm willing to learn more about the more complex side of Excel. I can work on my own and can be self-taught.
