Vendavo Support for System Application: Software Applications Configuration, Network and Databases, JBOSS Administration, Weblogic, Hyperic, Apache and basic Oracle, JOPR Administration and SharePoint User Administrator. For the production level handled a process of Change Management.
Current Project:
Working/researched on JVM monitoring which benefits more on production servers. (JON, AppDynamics and Virtual Monitoring)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pioneer at Emerson Philippines
Lead the global support for a high priority issues on productions including system down and applications problem, lead the team for DR (disaster and recovery) testing.
A day to day engineer for a promotion of code and develop the stability of the applications/servers.
Work with proper escalation of the problem and how to resolve the issues as soon as possible as a Team Leader through Change Management. Lead the team to monitor all the issues and give feedback on customer for proper handling.
