Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, passed the Nurse's Licensure Exam then worked as a Nurse for 2 years. Afterwhich, I was employed in a BPO company for 5 solid years. I started as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years and because of hard work and outstanding performance, I got promoted as a Quality Analyst & Audit Specialist.
I am a responsible, highly organized, detail oriented and determined individual that's why I was awarded as one of the Top Performing Agents for Fiscal Year 2010 while I was still a CSR and as a QA, I was recognized as the Outstanding Quality Auditor for 2 consecutive years (FY 2012 & 2013).
I have gained an extensive experience in the areas of Customer Support and Data Entry through working as a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry while I was working as a Quality Analyst and Quality Auditor. I also have great experience and a thorough understanding of Excel thus, I am ready to be hired by you today
