Administrative Specialist/Personal Virtual Assistant

Processing incoming and outcoming documents and verifying documents information. Set the schedules taks to meet deadlines. And ensure data processing tasks are executed in timely manner.

I coordinated and oversaw all office activities  particularly in finance and adminstrative department. I assisted and maintains office services and paper works by organizing office operations, preparing payroll, reviewing and auditing supply requisition, travel and vacation leave documents and designing filing systems. I also handled phone calls and all clerical functions.

I executed marketing strategies which focus mainly for specific audience. My target market are tenants, brokers, investors (B2B). I designed and run campaigns including e-mail campaigns, social media and project managment to drive connectivity. Aside from that, I managed to creates digital contents as an marketing effort to gain more lot of audiences especially in social media.
