Profile Description

During my internship in the BPO of Citibank, Citigroup Business Process Solutions Pte., Ltd., I worked with the corporate communications manager in producing the company's first newsletter. I also helped the recruitment team in phone screening customer service applicants.
After graduation, I worked as a marketing assistant in Citibank NA. I processed clients' application for rewards and ensured that their rewards are delivered to them on time. I also provided assistance to the marketing manager during Citibank's client retention activities such as wealth and investment management talks, and socials events. There were times that I used the software Procurement2Pay (P2P) when we were maintaining our marketing collateral.
My next employer was Gen4web LLC, a software and game developer based in Palo Alto, California. I was a marketing officer and basically provided description for our products (https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Gen4Web+LLC). During my first week, I had nothing to do so I crafted a marketing plan, which was well appreciated by the CEO. I also manned our booth during the product launching. I was tasked with the monitoring of our apps' marketability by daily checking the statistics of each of our products' number of installations and uninstalls, in different countries.
Currently, I am working for a corporate foundation called Acts of Hope for the Nation Foundation as a program officer for marketing on the first six months, and for library development in the past 5 months. So far I was able to edit some information in our website, create and verify our paypal account, and craft our monthly social media calendar which includes facebook posts(using adobe elements and photoshop, and other online poster generators), tweet updates, and blog entries. With this, our facebook page gained 700 likers in a span of seven months. I have also written six articles about the library inaugurations we had in the past. Four of them were published in a national newspaper and YahooNews Philippines, and two of them in an online news blog of one of the country's most leading TV network. I raised funds by organizing a voluntourism trip and selling donated books which are not suited for our beneficiaries. Aside from being the marketing and operations staff, I am the resource mobilization person as well. I already built a community of active volunteers which is consisted by 11 individuals coming from different walks of life. This is not a small number considering that we only have a few events in year. I also visit schools in provinces determine if they are ready to partner with our organization and coordinate with their local government units in raising resources for their library. I also got to be one of the speakers in an event wherein the participants are mayors of various cities and municipalities in the Philippines.
I am very good at being a one-man team and I am very proactive. I want to take jobs which challenge my skills because I believe that that is one of the best ways to grow professionally. I want to be a virtual assistant so I can increase my value in the workforce market while creating additional value for your company as well.
