Profile Description

My goal is to become excellent in providing quality work and service. I am
a reliable and dependable individual with an optimistic behavior which
makes me finish my work ahead of time without sacrificing quality.

I am currently employed as AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Officer with the
rank of Assistant Manager for BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) a local
bank in the Philippines. I was able to land on this job for the reason that
I have previously worked with ANZ, an international bank in the Compl ---------- ce
department with tasks similar with my current job. As a bank officer and as
a part of compl ---------- ce department, I am a part of the bank's internal police
force. It is the unit that ensures that a financial institution complies
with applicable laws, regulations and rules, in order to help preserve the
integrity and reputation of the bank.

Before becoming a UniBanker, I worked as an Order Entry Specialist for a US
Fortune 500 Company Emerson Electric Asia that deals with everyday Business
to Business transactions conducted between companies. Such transactions
rely on a company’s order management personnel to establish business client
relationships. As part of this Business to Business process, I was required
demonstrate complete order accuracy, provide timely response to order
inquiry, assures orders are logged properly, and assures all order details
are accurate and in conformance with the clients’ needs. This also required
me to make solid independent decisions regarding management of clients’
orders to make good, ethical business sense for the company and to provide
client satisfaction. Prior to this, I also an experience being employed in
a call center environment working as a Customer Service Representative for
an online US travel service provider for more than 2 years.

With these experiences, I can say that I have an extensive work experience
in different office environments like the banking sector, manufacturing
business, and call center industry, giving me varied skills and the ability
to work with many different types of people. And with the skills that I
have learned from my job experiences, I am always ready to take on
responsibility with enthusiasm and determination and ensures its success.
