I've been in the BPO industry since 2007. I have acquired enough skills and knowledge in this industry which gave me an opportunity to be promoted as a Quality Specialist. I have three years experience in handling customer service support accounts and two years in technical support. I handled both voice and chat support. I was a Quality Specialist for two years handling voice and chat support for a online shopping campaign. As a QA, I have done administrative tasks, reporting, data entry and analysis. I also attended training as a Virtual Assistant for Real Estate. I believe that my work experience and education will make me a very competitive candidate for this position over other applicants.
