Hi, My name is Daisy Mae Baawa but you can call me Daisy. I have been with a BPO company for almost 4 years and I really learned a lot! My communication and analytical skills were enhanced. I always have a strong sense of responsibility especially meeting clients' expectations. However, my goal for my every given tasks is not just to meet expectation but to exceed it and i always do my best to achieve that goal. Being a Customer Service Representative is not easy however, it is very challenging. The thought of you helping every caller gives you a feeling and sensation no words can explain. It is entirely a very challenging and valuable experience.
