Profile Description

As a Payroll Specialist at Stability Healthcare, I ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time, by collecting, calculating, and entering payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and providing information and support to clients. I also assist with the calculation of bonuses and other salary-based compensation, following policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality.

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration major in Marketing Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where I learned the fundamentals of marketing research, strategy, and communication. I also have a passion for financial advisory and consulting, and I have been working as a Financial Advisor at Pru Life UK since August 2023, helping clients achieve their financial goals and objectives, and providing them with quality products and services.

I am a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver, who can multitask effectively and adapt to changing situations and goals. I genuinely care about people's success and offer reliable support. I also have skills in social media management, graphic design, blogging, and data entry, which I acquired from my previous experience as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist, where I created and updated content, researched keyword trends, and analyzed site analytics.
