I can keep records. Maintaining the papers or hardcopies, applications and host of other documents. Entering the information via keyboard, and making sure that is not done only efficiently but accurately, scanned the documents and send and receive information to various outside groups that require it. I can maintain backups of data i enter, either in external servers or on DVDs.
I can compile,sort and verify information as well as comparing it with previous documentation.I also answer and route phone calls, send out emails and distribute snail mail as needed.
I am knowledgeable using Microsoft Office such as MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, Publisher and Internet Explorer.
