I am a Customer Support Representative for 3 years and 5 months. My responsibilities are the ff.:
1. Answer inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and
contact centre management.

and customer satisfaction goals.

a higher level of expertise.

7. Attend training sessions to maintain or improve the level of skills.

I also was a teacher to secondary school students for more
than 11 years handling the English subject. I taught my students the Basic
English Grammar which includes the parts of speech, sentence structure and
vocabulary words. I also taught my students to appreciate literature,
creative writing, technical writing, etc. To equip myself in teaching the subject, I took Master of Arts in Education major in English so to deepen my knowledge on the subject and to broaden my vocabulary in English. My experiences with my students made me become a more empathetic person because of
my daily communication with them. I learned to go down to their level so I
would be able to make the lesson easier for them to understand and to encourage them to apply what they have learned, to their daily life. So, I believe that I would be great in jobs wherein I would handle clients who needs support.
My being a teacher also helped me become an expert in using
the Microsoft excel in computing the grades of my students and an expert in
using Microsoft word, photo scape, PowerPoint and even YouTube to make
my presentation of the lesson more interesting. Therefore, I an do jobs which is related to using the computer.
I have undergone a lot of trainings and seminars in relation
with my job. And even not in relation with my job as a teacher. I have also
undergone trainings, just like in multi- level marketing. The companies (Fusion
Excel, Essensa, Avon, Natasha, First Vita Plus ) which I am registered as a
member, conducted trainings for us members to become an effective business
persons and speakers during Business Orientation Meetings.
Now, I can speak whenever I am invited to speak during meetings.
In addition, my experiences being a clerk at National Statistics Office would really make me very effective when it comes to Administrative Support. I was assigned to record all birth, death and marriage certificates that the office receives and released them whenever it was requested.
Moreover, I also experienced being a Store Marketing
Assistant at Jollibee Foods Corporation. I was assigned to be the coordinator
when there were birthday parties. I also did the advertisements of promos of the store and was assigned to do the inventories of kiddie meal toys.
It was my responsibility as well to maintain the happy ambiance of the store.
I strongly believe that, my experiences have moulded me to become the kind of person I am today. A versatile one. And with this kind of versatility, I believe, I
can do the job that I am obliged to do.
