Profile Description

Being a customer service representative, my tasks were to deal with clients and their needs. In my first job, my task was to cater to the clients on freight and shipping matters, money transfer transactions and make detailed reports at the end of the day. In my second job, the company provides shipping cargo services. My task was to provide information on shipping schedules, make sure the cargo gets shipped on time and make reports on the shipment details. Being organized is a big part of the job. These are some of the skills I have acquired during my working years.
