Profile Description

I had worked as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) from October 21, 2013- December 13, 2013. I was working here in the Philippines for Express Gift Order line which is based at United Kingdom. I made sure that I did provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints. I was also tasked to obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. Then, I had also worked as a Private Duty Nurse for a Dutch national who was confined in a hospital due to motor vehicular a ---------- from December 2013- January 29, 2014. Since he doesn't have any family here in the Philippines, I provided & assisted my patient in self-care; dental care needs, bathing needs, elimination & the like which required great patience. I made sure that I maintained optimum health & well-being of the patient. I have proven myself to be a highly motivated person with the ability to remain focused in high stress environments.
