Profile Description

My first experience as a Customer Service Representative was from November, 2010 until July, 2011. I worked for Teletech Sta. Rosa, Laguna Philippines Site.
As a billing consultant, I was responsible for handling billing concerns by Telstra costumers.
Telstra is the leading telecom provider of Australia.
I was also given an opportunity to be one of the pioneer consultants for Sutherland Global Services, Carmona, Cavite Philippines.
I
worked in Sutherland as Billing and Sales Representative for AT&T Uverse from July, 2011 until September, 2013.
I was a consistent top-seller for the said company.
Presently, I am employed as a Technical Support Specialist for West Contact Services which caters COMCAST's US clients. As a Technical Support, I am responsible in fixing customers' problem with their cable services.
Basic over-the-phone tv troubleshooting.
I am well-versed in MS Office such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Knowledgeable in using email and internet.
