I have always been fond of detecting and correcting errors in grammar and I would like to try myself out in an actual job that makes use of this obsessive-compulsive behavior of mine. Heh.
I would sniff out those errors in your paragraphs and correct them. I would also tend to give advice on changing the wording of some sentences to make them look more fitting/attractive.
